Scooby is from a neglect case where 20 dogs were living in unsafe conditions and restricting quarters. He needed lots of love once he came to us. He was skin and bones. Had a large abscess in his ear and lots of missing hair. Now he is happy as can be and ready for a home or foster! He is vaccinated, been dewormed. His neutered in pending as well as his chip.
