About Pollo
Pollo is a three-year-old cat who’s been waiting for a home since October. He turned up behind a Pollo Loco and was likely abandoned, living in the bushes until he was found with a minor injury. After surgery, he bounced back well. Change unsettles him, and big open rooms leave him anxious. He’ll need to start out in a small, quiet space where trust can build at his pace. Once he feels safe, Pollo transforms—he flops onto his back, purring right away and soaking up every bit of attention, especially head and chin scratches. He’s gentle, sweet, and gets along with cats of all ages. What he needs most is someone willing to show a little patience as he learns to feel secure again.
