Hi, I’m Neena—a 7-month-old girl with 34 pounds of growing confidence, quiet sweetness, and just the right dash of puppy curiosity. I’m a pretty easygoing pup overall. In my kennel, I’m calm and quiet, I leash up nicely, and I take in the world with soft tail wags and perked ears. When I head outside, I’m more interested in sniffing and exploring than causing a fuss. I’ve seen big dogs around and didn’t mind at all—I glanced, took note, and went right back to doing my own thing. I’m very food motivated (snacks are my favorite currency), and I’m still learning good manners—sometimes I can be a little enthusiastic and grabby with treats. The good news? I’m smart and responsive. If you move away and give me a clear cue, I’ll happily sit and reset. I may bounce once or twice when excited, but I settle quickly and want to do the right thing. On leash, I pull a bit, but nothing a little guidance and practice can’t fix. I’m young, adaptable, and at a great age to continue training and build confidence in new environments. Our organization is foster based which means that we really know and understand our dogs personalities as our volunteers live each day in their house with our rescued dogs.
