About Tony
Tony is the comeback kid, quietly charming and sweet-natured. He settled into rescue as a kitten, found a home, and then—through no fault of his own—wound up back with the team after his adopter’s life turned upside down. Tony gave things time and, now that he’s comfortable, his affectionate side has taken over. He loves attention, leans into pets, and will seek out a lap whenever there’s one available. You’ll find him calm and gentle, content to observe or plop right next to you. He’s got an adorable nub tail, the result of an old accident—just one more unusual thing to love about him. Tony does well alongside another friendly cat or as the solo soul in a quieter home. He’s treat-motivated and people-oriented, and while his experience with kids or dogs isn’t known, his laid-back attitude suggests he could adjust well with careful intros. Tony was born around August 2021, so he’s past the chaos of kittenhood but still young enough for lots of new starts. He’s ready for a loyal home that needs a mellow companion.
