Sheba is a 1.5 year old female Catahoula mix who weighs around 53 lbs. She has spent 10 months in the shelter and is adjusting to dogs well in her foster home now. She does like to growl and assert herself sometimes just so they know she isn’t a pushover though. She is living in a 12 dog pack now and while she has her moments where she will play and wrestle with the other dogs, she also likes to cuddle and sleep with them too. Sheba is very affectionate and is always happy to see you. She has been working on her house manners such as jumping and nipping your hand a little to get attention and she has gotten much better. Sheba loves her humans and likes to put her head on your lap and legs. She definitely likes to sleep in the same bed with her humans and loves to be right there by you on the couch. Sheba probably would thrive as an only dog to receive all your love and attention. She eats with the pack but she does growl a little at the dog and prefers to eat alone. She is a loving, sweetheart who deserves to be spoiled and pampered after being in the shelter half of her life. Sheba is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped.
