About Bolt Located in
Bolt was found wandering with another dog just before the holidays and quickly won over the locals in a Miami neighborhood. Heās a 4-year-old Belgian Malinois, about 80 lbs, vaccinated and well-behaved on leash. Bolt knows basic commands, learns fast, and is highly trainableāa classic trait in his breed. Heās surprisingly mellow for a Malinois, loves people, seeks attention, and will happily curl up next to you for a snooze. This guy is completely house trained and has zero food aggression. You can safely hand-feed him or let him share a bowl with other dogs. Heās trusting with vets and handlers and does fine with other dogs once properly introduced, though youāll notice some mild reactivity if another dog is barking. Bolt hasnāt been tested with cats but shows little prey drive. He struggles when left alone, so he would not do well in a home where heād spend long stretches solo. Heās still working on crate training and isnāt approved for any bite or protection work. Bolt is in Imlay City, MI, after being rescued from Florida. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
