Joe was transferred in from an open admission facility at maximum capacity. Although we don't know a great deal about Joe, we can tell you that he is a sweet and docile hound mix. Joe has the sweetest face and also has that head tilt down to a fine art! He has been gentle and good with other dogs and people.
