He's small, he has more energy than a young person who is drinking a soda. Mr. Frank Shirley is 3 years old, and 14 pounds of bouncy, fun little guy. He will be shy when he is around new people, but will warm up quickly. He gets along with other dogs, we are unsure how he will be with cats or kids. His adoption fee is $300.00 All of our animals are provided with age appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption.
