About Helga
Meet Helga. If you want a cat who doles out affection and soaks it up just as eagerly, Helga is your girl. Recently rescued after being abandoned, she makes it clear she missed steady human company—with every pet, she’ll twist and roll, thrilled to have your attention. There’s something especially sweet about the way she wants to be near her people, happy just basking in love and comfort. No one’s totally sure about her play habits yet, but that’s just another area for Helga and her new parent to discover together. She loves a good meal and stays calm and even-tempered as long as life remains peaceful. Due to a stress-linked medical condition called Feline Idiopathic Cystitis, Helga truly needs a quiet home and should be the only pet. This condition, which mimics urinary tract issues but isn’t dangerous when managed, almost entirely resolves with low stress and plenty of water—no major interventions needed, just care and peace. If you can give her the gentle, consistent home she craves, Helga will meet you with nothing but warmth. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
