About Milo Staff Favorite!

Milo’s got one of those faces you just want to hug. His coat is a striking silver-brown mixed with white—he's a handsome boy, no question. What really stands out, though, is how much he loves being close. He’s always reaching for hugs, never far from wanting a little affection, which has made him a favorite among the staff. If he’s not glued to your side, he’s nuzzling for attention or making it difficult to snap a decent photo. Milo was surrendered alongside another male who’s since been adopted, both coming in gentle and obviously well-loved. Their owner had fallen on tough times and couldn’t keep up their care, but Milo’s bouncing back—he came in a little thin but is steadily putting on healthy weight. He’s dog-friendly, and though he met cats, he was more surprised than aggressive, hustling out of the room to avoid any commotion. At two years old and about 50 pounds, Milo still has that young-dog energy but walks well on a leash without pulling. He loves toys and will likely thrive in almost any family setting, kids included. He’s ready for meet and greets and just needs to be neutered to wrap up his vet care. Give Milo a shot at a new start; you’ll see why everyone’s rooting for him. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
