About Scuttle Purrmanent Resident
Scuttle Purrmanent Resident is a true original at our free-roaming facility—the kind of cat you remember. When he arrived as a tiny 2½-month-old kitten in June 2020, he'd survived a car accident that left his lower jaw fractured and significant nerve damage in his front leg. Despite these hurdles, Scuttle quickly made his mark as the Duke of the Derps and the undefeated champion of Temptations snacks. After years surrounded by people, dogs, and other cats, he became a social butterfly and a legendary cuddler. For a long time, Scuttle struggled with litter habits, seemingly impervious to every intervention, but he found his stride and consistency after a change in environment. Now, he’s settled, thriving, and beloved—adored for his quirks, big personality, and uncanny ability to sniff out a treat in an instant. There’s no Crash’s without Scuttle—the cat who keeps the rescue on its toes and everyone smiling. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
