Estimated date of birth: 08/20/2025 Gender: Female Breed: Retriever/Redbone Hound Meet Smoky: Smoky gets her name from her golden color with dusky undertones She is the leanest of all of the dogs, very much taking after her father with the more narrow features. Smoky can be a bit of an escape artist and has managed to get out of every enclosure (inside and out!) we have put her in. She is very sweet and absolutely loves to run! She will come when called and will wait for me. I usually have to pick her up to carry her back. She does well with other dogs but chases the chickens when she gets out. She is smart and inquisitive and, loves to play and get attention. Smoky can not be left in an open top enclosure, she will figure out a way to escape, she either climbs the fence or tries to dig under it.
