Luigi was found as a stray in Kayenta, AZ. For months the finders looked for his owner, but nobody came forward so they surrendered him to Blackhat Humane. Luigi is a bit timid at first, but warms up quickly. He has been fine with the three dogs he lives with and ignores the cat. He seems to be ok with respectful kids. Luigi still has a bit of anxiety (I mean he was left out on his own as a tiny 8 lb Chihuahua!) but he loves to go on walks and go be with his people. Luigi was neutered on Jan 10, is up to date on vaccines, and has a microchip. He is working on learning where to relieve himself.
