AvailableEloise is a 6-year, 5-month-old large domestic long hair cat with a beautiful long coat. She is spayed, vaccinated, and fully house trained. Eloise is currently living in Lake Wylie, SC, and must be the only cat in her household to feel secure and happy.
About Eloise
Eloise is an elegant, long-haired cat who has been through more than her share of upheaval and loss. Despite the trauma of being left alone for a week after her first owner died, she adapted and found comfort in quiet companionship—always ready to curl up for a nap on a warm lap, especially if there’s someone to brush her thick fur. Eloise is the perfect desk companion, happy to snooze beside you and occasionally 'help' with your work by sending an unexpected message or two. After her gentle second owner also passed, Eloise tried again with a new family, but she struggled to adapt to sharing space with another cat. She is very particular about her feline company—frankly, she doesn’t want any. She will tolerate respectful dogs, but being around other cats raises her stress. Small children are not ideal for Eloise, as she gets overstimulated and likes her boundaries respected. She needs an adopter who reads cat body language and gives her space when she signals for it. If you can respect that, Eloise thrives as an affectionate, loyal housemate. She’s spayed, up to date on all her vet care, and just wants her quiet, stable place. What are you waiting for?
