Active and quite agile, he delights in playing with squeaky toys and surprises everyone with how high he can jump to fetch them. While Tito is sweet and does well with other dogs, his real joy is spending time with his person—either fetching toys or cuddling close on the couch or in their lap. Once he trusts you, he'll eagerly soak up all the pets you can give. Tito thrives on attention and may become possessive of his favorite human's affection, so he is best as the only dog in the home or with a canine companion who isn't also a lap dog. He has a hearty appetite, isn’t picky with his food, and reliably does his business outdoors. If he can’t get outside in time, he will use pee pads.
