Roscoe is a young, male black lab mix with a short black and cream coat. He’s a bit over a year old and has been neutered. Roscoe isn’t house trained yet, but he’s a quick learner and ready for a committed home. He’s currently in Godley, TX.

About Roscoe

Roscoe has the heart and charm of a classic lab mix—his black coat shines in the sun, with a wide, easy grin that flashes white teeth. He picks up new routines fast: at his foster home, he figured out how to ring a bell when he needed to go outside. Sleeping at the foot of the bed, Roscoe brings comfort and company, but when he's awake his energy kicks in. He could play fetch for ages and adores his belly rubs, never passing up playtime with his pile of stuffed animals. At just over a year old, Roscoe is full of spirit but lacks some manners—he isn’t house trained yet, but his intelligence and eagerness to please make him a quick student. He’s neutered, healthy, and ready for someone to put in the time and patience he’ll repay with loyalty. Roscoe came into the world on March 5th, making him a Pisces—a dog who tends to be intuitive and affectionate, if you’re into sun signs. He’s only available for in-person meetings at the HALAH grounds once you’ve submitted an adoption application. Roscoe is waiting for an owner who’ll match his energy and commitment. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
