About Roscoe
Roscoe has the heart and charm of a classic lab mixāhis black coat shines in the sun, with a wide, easy grin that flashes white teeth. He picks up new routines fast: at his foster home, he figured out how to ring a bell when he needed to go outside. Sleeping at the foot of the bed, Roscoe brings comfort and company, but when he's awake his energy kicks in. He could play fetch for ages and adores his belly rubs, never passing up playtime with his pile of stuffed animals. At just over a year old, Roscoe is full of spirit but lacks some mannersāhe isnāt house trained yet, but his intelligence and eagerness to please make him a quick student. Heās neutered, healthy, and ready for someone to put in the time and patience heāll repay with loyalty. Roscoe came into the world on March 5th, making him a Piscesāa dog who tends to be intuitive and affectionate, if youāre into sun signs. Heās only available for in-person meetings at the HALAH grounds once youāve submitted an adoption application. Roscoe is waiting for an owner whoāll match his energy and commitment. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
