Their family is heartbreakingly being forced to rehome them due to severe, life-threatening allergies. These two have been together since they were puppies and are deeply attached. ⸻ Tootsy • 2.5 years old • Dachshund / Cocker Spaniel mix • 16 lbs • Very relaxed, gentle girl • LOVES kids (has lived with young, rambunctious children) • Dog & cat friendly • House trained, pad trained, and crate trained Copper • 2.5 years old • Dachshund • 17 lbs • Sweet, polite little gentleman • Very bonded to Tootsy • Potty trained outside and pad trained • Does mark indoors → wears belly bands (we can provide them!) • Crate trained ⸻ About Them Together • Bonded since 6 weeks old — they must stay together • Sleep curled up in the crate • Love burrowing under blankets (true dachshund style ) • Would enjoy a home with kids, but would also do well in a calm, settled home ---------------------- Arrival Information: **Can travel north with foster or adopters commitment** ----------------------- Adoption fee of $400 each ** PLEASE READ...
