Hi there. I'm Honda, a sweet girl, born on 5/19/23, who has finally learned to feel confident in the big world. Treats are definitely the way to my heart—I’m a little chunky because I just can’t resist them, so my forever family will need to limit my intake. I do take a very easy, inexpensive medication twice per day that helps me maintain my mobility. It's made a world of difference with my health and happiness. I was cuddly before, but I was much more cautious in my approach. Now, I just go straight for my people, follow them, chirp, and happily wait to be doted on! I love to roll around and get belly and chest rubs. What I’d really love is a home with some cozy beds or maybe a cat tree where I can quietly watch everything. I like other cats, though they don’t really help me come out of my shell, so I’d be just as happy being the only kitty. I’m pretty indifferent to dogs, but higher-energy ones make me a little nervous. The same goes for kids—it would be best if I lived with older or calmer ones who will respect my space.
