Kokomi is a young, medium-sized female Domestic Short Hair mix with beautiful orange, black, and white torbie coloring. She is currently at Rescue House, awaiting a loving home where she can thrive alongside her bonded buddy, Bebo. Kokomi’s short coat is easy to care for, and while her history means she is a bit reserved about direct touch, she radiates sweetness and playfulness. She is best suited to a quieter household where her gentle nature will be cherished.

About Kokomi

Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Kokomi is part of a bonded pair with her friend Bebo and together they are currently seeking a loving forever home. Kokomi is a unique orange and black torbie with white and has shown resilience and sweetness after being rescued from a difficult hoarding situation while pregnant. Although a little shy about physical affection, Kokomi enjoys tossing rattle mice and being around her trusted humans, happily interacting through toys and games. She will thrive in a quieter home where her personal comfort zone is respected and no expectations are placed on her to be hands-on affectionate right away. There is not an aggressive bone in her body; with time and patience, her gentle and charming personality will shine as she bonds with her person. She and Bebo have been together through thick and thin and absolutely must be adopted as a pair. Both have proven to be social cats who enjoy playing together and with interactive wands, making them a fun and lively duo to have in your home. A calm household, ideally with adults or older, cat-savvy children, would be their ideal match. Treat yourself to the joy of welcoming these two special and playful companions. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
