Cardamom is a large gray cat about 2 years and 8 months old, living in Los Angeles, CA. She’s a spayed female and up to date on her vaccinations. Cardamom prefers to be the only cat and would do best in an adult-only home. She’s been through a lot, but her sweet personality shines through in the right environment.

About Cardamom

Cardamom, or "Mama" as she's also called, is a soft-tempered cat who’s been through her share of rough times but has held on to her affectionate nature. She landed in Los Angeles malnourished and pregnant, still wearing a battered pink collar but missing her home and family. After what she’s survived, it’s surprising how quickly she warms to people and welcomes company. Cardamom is constantly nearby, whether she’s greeting you at the door, keeping you company in the shower, or sneaking into bed at night. If she’s not pressed up against you, she’s still within arm’s reach, keeping an eye on her world. She’s playful on her own terms—scratchers, wand toys, and especially hide-and-seek in her carrier with her kittens get her excited. While Cardamom tolerates her own babies, she’s not a fan of other cats and would prefer to be the sole feline in a calm household. She responds best to gentle affection, is sensitive about her lower back, and treats are truly special to her. With time and trust, Cardamom gives her heart for life. Ready to fall in love?
