Meet Frank! Frank hails from Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, where he lived outdoors for the first three years of his life. He was TNR’d but shortly after made it well known that he wanted to live indoors on your couch. That’s why he’s got that awesome eartip on his left ear! Frank is nearly 5 years old now and plays like a kitten. He’s best friends with his foster sister Elsie (also available for adoption!) and would love to continue wrestling with her forever. Frank is also an excellent study partner, coworker and nap time buddy. He loves a calm, stable home where he can lay in the sunshine and watch TV. Ideally Frank gets to go to a home with another friendly cat or kitten such as Elsie, but we are also willing to consider a solo home for him as long as his adopter is around much of the day. Frank is neutered, treated for parasites, up-to-date on vaccines, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
