Meet tiny little Phillip! This little nugget is approximately 1 yrs old and came severely neglected into our rescue, as his breeder never addressed a broken leg as most likely as a puppy. Since his rescue Phillip, has received full vet care including disease testing, neuter, chip. Phillip runs around and loves to play, however his potential adopter must be aware that he will walk and run for a little bit on his four legs but due to the older break he will put his leg up after a few minutes. Phillip is very small (approximately 4 lbs), therefore a household with older kids and or adults would be ideal for him with another dog to play with as he has found joy in being a dog now.
