About Einstein

Einstein came into rescue life after being pulled from a downtown Aurora window well as a kitten back in 2021. He’s now a large, striking tabby-and-white adult—about three years old—with the personality to match his name. Make no mistake, Einstein is all intensity: energetic, endlessly playful, and inclined to rough-and-tumble play that isn’t for just anyone. He needs experienced cat owners who can channel his zest for life into appropriate outlets. He did have a home for about a year, but due to circumstances outside the family’s control, Einstein returned to the rescue. Einstein does fine with other cats but will overwhelm anyone who isn’t ready for an active, assertive feline roommate. If you’re cat-savvy and craving a bold character, Einstein is worth meeting.
