About Kiwi
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Introducing Coconut & Kiwi, a bonded brother and sister pair ready to bring joy to a patient and loving household. Rescued during a TNR effort last winter, these adorable siblings have settled into foster care and are starting to show their true colors. Coconut is a gentle boy with a fondness for head scratches and, once he trusts you, will curl up beside you for snuggles. Kiwi is the shyer of the two, but with a little time, she enjoys being petted and will happily accept affection when she feels safe. Both cats adore gazing out windows, eagerly await treat time, and love playing with toys, especially a laser pointer. In their foster home, they've shown little interest in mingling with the resident cats, choosing instead to keep to themselves. Because of their somewhat timid nature, they would thrive best in a quiet home without dogs or small children, where they can be given plenty of patience and understanding. Once they settle in, their sweet personalities are sure to shine bright! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.

Questions about Kiwi
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
The Domestic Long Hair cat is adaptable but tends to do best in an indoor environment where their luxurious coats can stay clean and cared for. They thrive in homes that provide cozy resting spots and plenty of enrichment.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Domestic Long Hair cats do not need outdoor space if kept safely indoors, which is recommended due to their long coats and risk of matting. They love window perches for bird-watching and sunbathing indoors.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Domestic Long Hair cats can be a great fit for families with respectful, older children who understand how to interact gently and quietly. Their tolerance for younger or more energetic children varies by individual temperament.
