River is a sweet, small-sized Schnauzer/Jack Russell Terrier mix around 6 years old who was pulled from a high intake shelter after being found as a stray. At just 13 lbs, he’s on the lean side right now and needs to gain some healthy weight, but he’s on the mend. River thrives around people—kids and adults alike—and gets along well with both dogs and cats. He loves cuddles and has a calm, friendly nature. He’s mostly house trained and is currently learning how to walk better on a leash. River is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered soon.
