Rooftop is a 1 year old boy. He was dumped in a stray colony, but rather than settle he decided he needed a penthouse suite. Rooftop made himself at home on top of Antioch City Hall's rooftop, where he could keep an eye on the neighborhood. Now that he's been evicted, he is looking for a new home where he can establish himself as cat-mayor.
