About Sweet Potato
Meet Sweet Potato! Sweet Potato arrived around Thanksgiving and has spent some quiet time settling in at the shelter. She’s still on the shy side but gets braver each day. At about 10 to 12 months old, this tuxedo cat is striking and observant. She’s used to being around other cats and is comfortable sharing her space with her buddy Cornbread. Sweet Potato needs a calm, patient household, ideally with another gentle cat to help her feel at home. She isn’t likely to thrive in a busy setting or with young children right now. Play sessions and treats are slowly bringing her out of her shell. One of her eyes was injured before she came to us; it’s improving, though it might not return to normal, but it doesn’t keep her from enjoying life. Click apply to start the adoption process.
