Meet Wanda Wanda is a beautiful white and black sweetheart who has been through a lot—and still greets the world with gentleness and joy. She came to us from IACS after being placed on the euthanasia list due to her age and medical needs. When Wanda arrived, she had a cloudy, crusted eye, skin issues, a tumor on her leg, and a mammary tumor. Despite everything, her loving spirit never faded. Why We Love Wanda Wanda is incredibly laid back and easygoing, making her a joy to have around. While she has a calm, gentle nature, she still has plenty of puppy left in her. Her favorite toy is her ball, and she loves chasing it across the floor when she's feeling playful. Progress & Growth Since coming into foster care, Wanda has truly blossomed. She's become more relaxed, opened up beautifully, and is playing more each day as her confidence grows. Fun Quirks When Wanda sees her food or her beloved ball come out, she gets so excited she does the cutest little happy hops—it's impossible not to smile.
