About Duke
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Duke is an incredibly handsome and intelligent Boxer-American Bully mix who has just turned one year old. After a stint living independently, Duke has adapted quickly to his foster home thanks to his quick learning skills and lovable, squishy jowls. He now knows how to sit, lay down, walk on a leash, and thoroughly enjoy playtime with toys. Dining is a special affair for Duke, who prefers his meals solo in his own 'exclusive' dining area. With a high level of athleticism, he requires a secure 6-foot fence—he's quite the jumper! When outside, Duke enjoys playtime either on a tether or walks by leash and appreciates crate time for relaxation, especially when his people are out. As a spirited young pup, Duke is energetic and loves to play with other dogs, though he's still learning about the boundaries and etiquette of play. He'll thrive in a home that can guide his ongoing training and give him plenty of opportunities to exercise and socialize with doggy siblings. Born on April 4, Duke is an Aries—adventurous, outgoing, and always ready for action! Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
