About Bruno
Bruno is a large, striking brown mixed-breed dog—part Pit Bull Terrier, part American Staffordshire Terrier—who leaves a strong impression wherever he goes. Found frustrated and uncomfortable with a pinch collar digging into his neck, Bruno’s resilience and capacity for growth are unmistakable. In foster care, he’s traded his wary, reactive habits for patient, treat-focused calmness, especially around people and cars. Bruno’s moods swing from stubborn, almost comedic refusals to goofy, tail-thumping excitement, giving him an endlessly entertaining personality. He’s smart, occasionally headstrong, and shows his affections in ways you can’t help but appreciate, though he’ll never lay down on command without making a spectacle out of it. Bruno needs an experienced adopter, ideally someone familiar with Cane Corsos or bull breeds.
