About Kade

Make their next chapter their best one yet. Kade is a handsome brindle boy with a lively, playful personality and a deep affection for his people. He treasures being close to his humans, adores stuffed toys (even after the stuffing is gone!), and is always eager to pick up new skills. Long walks of 45 minutes or more are his favorite, and he’s a true gentleman on leash, easily redirecting his energy when asked. With a medium-to-high energy level, Kade delights in toys, splashing in water, rolling in grass, and enjoying durable chews like frozen bones. He forms strong bonds with those he trusts, becoming very affectionate and craving pets and butt scratches. When meeting new people, he can be anxious at first and needs introductions that are slow and respectful. Kade may get a bit excitable and jump when overstimulated, but responds well to consistent training. He would thrive in an adult-only or older-teen home, as young children tend to overwhelm him. While he’s generally neutral with dogs on walks, he cannot live with cats due to a strong prey drive. Given the right environment, Kade will reward you with loyalty, intelligence, and a truly engaging companion. As a fun fact, Kade is a Cancer, so expect a nurturing and devoted personality!
