About Roady
Roady is a young, energetic pup full of play and personality. He might have some boxer, Rottweiler, lab, and heeler in his heritage, judging by his expressive brow and playful habits, but what stands out most is his natural curiosity and zest for life. This guy loves car rides, travels politely, and really perks up at the dog park, where he shows off his speed and stamina chasing after balls. Agility training could be a great fit for him, thanks to his quick thinking and athletic build. Roady is housebroken and polite indoors, and while he gets distracted outside, he's learning commands like "sit," "off," and "leave it" with calm, consistent correction. He takes to his crate easily, enjoys chew toys (especially plastic ones, so supervision is important), and will spend time resting in bed during the day on his own. When left alone for a couple of hours, he does just fine confined. Roady tends to be a bit shy at times, but he’s not a barker, and his keen senses keep him alert to his surroundings. He gets along well with other medium-sized dogs and would thrive with a playmate at home, often following his foster brother’s lead on walks and in the yard. He’s already reliable on leash and is eager for a family who will keep building on his good manners and playful routine. He is vaccinated, neutered, and waiting for the right home in Crossville, TN.
