About City Cat
Click apply to start the adoption process. City was found in a rural community after a kind neighbor heard desperate cries from the bushes nearby. When our rescue team arrived, they lured several hungry kittens out with wet food and were ultimately able to save their mother as well. Since then, City has become accustomed to her new environment and proves to be a friendly companion, though she’s best suited for a quiet home. During her time in foster care, City has shown that she does not care for dogs but has done well living alongside other cats at the shelter. She especially enjoys being brushed but prefers not to have her paws touched—a quirk likely stemming from her hardships prior to rescue. Notably, City is not declawed, but she is missing most of her back claws, likely from a birth defect or frostbite during her time outdoors. Despite her difficult beginnings, City is eager for a fresh start in a loving home where she can finally feel safe and cherished. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
