He does not like other cats but we’re not sure how he feels about dogs, as he hasn't been tested with them. His chill personality indicates he could likely adapt to another chill dog with a slow introduction. We consider him a special needs cat because he has a burning desire to be outside. He is currently being leash trained by his foster mom so he can go on regular walks. His adoptive family will need to continue to give him regular walks to satisfy this craving for outdoor time.
