Conway and Hank are a devoted bonded pair who are sadly in need of a new home together due to circumstances beyond their owner’s control. These two have been side by side for years and truly rely on each other for comfort and confidence. Conway is a 7-year-old Jack Russell Terrier who was adopted as a puppy in October 2019. He is a lovable, smart, and easygoing boy who adores cuddling and will happily curl up next to you in bed. Conway does great with kids, as long as they are respectful, and enjoys a calm, loving environment. He experiences some separation anxiety, which is eased by having his best buddy Hank close by. Hank is a 5-year-old Lab/Pointer mix adopted in 2021. He is wonderful with children. Hank can be anxious when separated from Conway, as Conway helped him learn to trust and feel secure after a rough start in life. Once Hank bonds with you, he is incredibly loyal and affectionate. Both boys may be a bit unsure when meeting new people, but once they realize you’re there to love them, they quickly become sweet, cuddly companions. They are neutered and do well with other dogs, though they may need a slow, patient introduction to new situations. Hank does have allergies that are currently managed with Apoquel and medicated baths, and he is doing well on his treatment plan. Their owner loves them dearly and would keep them if possible, but wants nothing more than to see Conway and Hank placed together in a home where they can continue to thrive and be cherished.
