About Arthur
Arthurâs life almost ended at an overcrowded shelter after a misdiagnosis, but he got a lucky break. Originally thought to have stomatitis, it turned out Arthur was battling calici virusâa treatable condition. With just a bit of medicine and good care, he bounced back. This orange tabby Ragdoll mix has adapted well to his foster home, trading stress for snooze sessions on the bed and quiet evenings next to his people. Arthur is mellow and loving, though he likes to take his time warming up to new faces. Once he trusts you, he turns on the charm, purring as soon as you pet him and soaking in every chin scratch. Heâd do well either as your only cat or with another calm cat his age. Arthur hasnât been tested with dogs or children, so a thoughtful introduction is best. His medical care is up to date: heâs neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, flea- and worm-free, and negative for both FIV and leukemia. Born January 31, 2020, Arthurâs an Aquariusâthe sign known for affectionate loyalty. Heâs ready for a home that wonât let him down twice. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
