About Carson
Carson is a young domestic short hair with a remarkable origin story. He was discovered after his piercing cries echoed outside a neighbor’s home in the early hours of the morning, desperate for safety as he darted across College Ave. It took patience to coax him out from his hiding spot beneath a set of steps, but once safe, Carson shed his initial fear and found comfort sitting in laps. His vibrant voice earned him the nickname "Siren," but after overcoming pneumonia, his personality blossomed. Now, Carson spends his days wrestling with stuffed animals, following his foster mom’s movements, and finding amusement in laser pointer games. He’s fond of treats, TV time, and providing endless antics around the house. Carson has outgrown his anxious beginnings and is eager for a permanent place to call home. He’s neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FELV. Whether catching him at his foster home or at local adoption events in Staten Island, Carson is sure to charm. A home visit is required for adoption. Ready to bring out his best? They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
