 Ian is a bully boy mixed breed with a gentle soul—and one incredible comeback story. Not long ago, Ian was minutes from losing his life to severe pneumonia/bronchopneumonia after months of respiratory illness in the shelter. Rescue stepped in, he received emergency vet care, and he fought his way back. Now safe in foster, Ian is thriving—calm, loving, and ready for a forever family. Personality Ian is quiet, calm, and very docile. He’s affectionate with his people and loves being close by—more of a steady “shadow” than a wild child. Important Note (Ian’s best-life boundary) Ian is a cozy nap professional. Like many dogs, he doesn’t like to be bothered when he’s asleep, so he’ll do best in a home that respects his rest and gives him a peaceful place to snooze.
