Meet Link. Yes, that Link. Heroic spirit. Small-ish frame. Absolutely convinced the couch is his kingdom. Link is a Min Pin mix forged sometime around August 2025, weighing in at a very respectable ~21 pounds of joy, mischief, and emotional support wiggle. He does not simply run-he embarks. One moment he's sprinting across the yard like he's late for a very important quest (possibly involving squirrels), the next he's flopped dramatically at your feet, requesting cuddles as if they are essential to the plot. He is the kind of dog who believes life should be approached with enthusiasm, optimism, and a strong commitment to snuggling afterward. His energy is joyful, not chaotic. His affection is sincere, not clingy. He has mastered the art of the happy wiggle-full-body, no corners cut-and deploys it whenever love, treats, or eye contact occur. Link has a bright, playful spirit and a heart that seems slightly larger than his body allows for. He wants to be where you are, doing whatever you're doing (even if it's absolutely nothing). Adventure outside, cozy inside-that is his philosophy, and honestly? It's hard to argue with it. He will make you laugh without trying. He will make you feel chosen. He will curl up next to you like he's always belonged there. If you've been waiting for a dog who feels like joy wrapped in fur with excellent cuddle credentials-congratulations. You've found him. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention. Labels are necessary for postings to many animal networking sites, such as our website, Chewy, Pet Finder, and others. These are in no way a guarantee. Additionally, exact age and potential size cannot be guaranteed. ***Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters across the South, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures.
