About Queenie

Queenie is ready to end the long-distance arrangement we've been having. While she enjoys the admiration, she's looking for something more personal and close. This lovely lady takes her role as the shelter’s hallway greeter seriously. When you visit, she’s there to escort you, sit by your side, and perch on your lap to ensure you don’t forget about her. This adult female Domestic Short Hair is sweet and friendly, but also independent enough to keep herself entertained while awaiting your return. Ideal for someone working a typical 9-to-5, she doesn’t mind a bit of alone time as long as she gets to greet you at the door when you come home. Queenie hopes to transition from being admired from afar to being a cherished member of your family. She does well with children and other cats, but she prefers to be the only pet when it comes to dogs. Ready to join her court? Apply to adopt her today!
