Irene is an 8-year-old spayed pit mix who came to us as a stray. She had no microchip, and unfortunately no owner was ever found. This sweet girl loves belly rubs and soaking up all the pets she can get. She gets along very well with other dogs and has been tested for food resource guarding with dogs, with no issues noted. Irene has also done well around cats. One of her favorite things is walking around proudly with a bone in her mouth—it’s adorable to watch. Irene’s adoption fee is $85, and she’s ready to find a loving home to enjoy her golden years.
