Meet Cowboy! Cowboy recently got a much-needed break from the shelter to attend a baseball game—and he did great! This sweet, sensitive guy has had a rough time in the shelter, but he’s slowly learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. Leashes are becoming less intimidating, and he’s starting to believe that people can be kind. Cowboy is looking for a patient and understanding adopter who will give him the time he needs to feel safe. While he’s very fearful at first, he’s never shown any signs of aggression—just a cautious heart that needs a little extra love. Once he warms up, his gentle personality shines through.
