About Simba
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Simba, a gentle and handsome large mixed-breed dog whose resilience and sweet nature shine through despite past hardships. He arrived through the support of a compassionate organization in Florida after being surrendered by his previous owners, and initially found shelter life quite overwhelming. With time, love, and guidance, Simba blossomed and learned valuable skills to help him feel calmer and more comfortable with people. Recently, Simba's world shifted again when he was returned after three years in a loving home, making him feel scared and unsure of his future. His caring team is dedicated to easing his transition and helping him recall the confidence and coping strategies he gained in the past. Despite challenges, Simba finds happiness and confidence when playing with other dogs—playtime truly brings out his joyful spirit. He deserves a patient, understanding person ready to offer him a place where he can feel safe, regain trust, and once again experience lasting happiness and love. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
