Meet Layla (aka Juniper) – a 1½-year-old Great Pyrenees, Labrador, and Shepherd mix — a truly beautiful combination inside and out! This sweet girl has a gentle heart and a playful spirit. She’s an absolute water lover — whether it’s splashing in a pool or just dipping her paws in, she’s happiest when she’s making a splash. She’s also a fetch champion — bring out a ball or her squeaky toy, and she’s in her element! When she’s not playing fetch, she enjoys chewing on her favorite bully sticks and hanging out with her dog friends. Layla is great meeting other dogs, wonderful with kids, and would love a playful buddy in her forever home to keep her company. Layla has a medium-to-high energy level, making her a great match for someone who loves outdoor adventures and keeping active. She’s both potty trained and leash trained, and she’s a smart girl who already knows “sit” and a few other commands. With continued training, she’ll happily add more tricks! Layla is not suited for apartment living — she needs a house with a fenced yard where she can run, play, and burn off energy. A home with a pool would be her absolute dream come true! After a fun-filled day of play, Layla loves nothing more than curling up next to her person for a cozy snuggle. She’s still young, so continued training and socialization will help her shine — and she’s eager to learn! Lyalis being fostered in Austin Tx is also available for transport!
