Chip is a sweet boy with a playful personality. He can be shy at first and may bark when he’s unsure, especially around other dogs, but he responds well to a calm, soft voice and gentle reassurance. He's leash trained and has good house manners — he will softly whine to let you know when he needs to go outside. He loves to run,play fetch and will entertain himself by tossing a toy into the air and trying to catch it. He does great with structure/boundaries. He understands that furniture is off-limits, except for his very own recliner chair, which serves as his safe, cozy spot. Chip will thrive best in a home with a fenced-in backyard, where he can safely run, play, and burn off energy.
