About River & Dash
Looking for a pair of new companions? River & Dash are nine-month-old siblings rescued from Pontiac, both fixed, vaccinated, and already combo tested. They've been settling in with their rescue foster for several months. Dash, sleek and black, is gentle and protective—always looking out for his shy sister, River, who sports a warm brown tabby coat. These two start out a bit cautious around strangers, but with time and patience, they open up and reveal their affectionate sides. Their favorite activities include nightly play sessions and curling up together or into any soft nook they can find. They adore other friendly cats and have grown more social over time, especially with Dash showing River the ropes. Dash is a cuddler with a bold purr, while River's confidence grows steadily. Their bond is strong, and they're looking for a home together—separation is not an option. Ideal adopters will already have a friendly resident animal, maintain up-to-date vaccinations, and understand the needs of young, delicate cats. Kids in the home should be at least eight years old. These siblings bring intelligence, sweetness, and playfulness to any household. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
