About Lacey
Lacey is a 1.5-year-old beagle and Australian Cattle Dog mix with a copper nose and a distinctively masked brown and white face. Medium in size, around 30 pounds, she is friendly to everyone she meets and gets along well with children. Lacey is reliably housetrained and knows how to settle quietly in her crate. While she loves people and other dogs (with a proper introduction), she is not suitable for a home with cats. Typical of a beagle, she enjoys long walks, especially in the morning and evening, but she doesn't need a fenced yard. Lacey sleeps soundly in bed with her foster parents and needs tough chew toys like nylabones and bully sticks to keep her happily occupied. She’d be content in a home where she receives a midday break if left while someone works full-time. Lacey has a solid temperament and makes a well-rounded companion.
