Frank has lived quite a journey. Found abandoned near the rescue, this large, short-haired tabby started out nervous and wary of people. At first, he wanted nothing to do with anyone—his initial plan was to keep his distance, and the rescue planned just to TNR him. But once Frank realized there were good humans around, he became a whole new cat. He’s still a little jumpy with quick movements, but beneath it all, he craves attention.
