She was rescued severely underweight with an untreated foot injury, but now she's healthy at 50 lbs. and truly shines as a graceful, affectionate companion. Cielo adores lounging in sunny spots, cuddling with her people, and a routine that offers her comfort. She bonds closely and flourishes in a calm, steady home where someone is often around. Separation anxiety can crop up, so she’ll do best if you like to stay close. Cielo is happiest with another playful sighthound. Her quirky style of play isn’t for every dog, but a canine friend who understands her will help her build confidence and have fun. With her strong prey drive, she isn’t suited for homes with cats or small animals. A securely fenced backyard and a home check are required for her safety. She is house, crate, and leash trained, and comes vaccinated, chipped, and on heartworm preventative.
