About Onyx

Onyx is a delightful nine-month-old Domestic Short Hair with a sleek black coat. She’s as sweet as can be, craving affection and ready to snuggle as much as you’d like. Onyx and her brother Shadow were rescued together and are bonded, so they are looking for an understanding and experienced cat family who will adopt them both. While Shadow is still a bit shy, Onyx welcomes love and attention eagerly and can easily be handled. This kitty currently resides in a loving foster home where she has tested negative for FIV/FELV, is microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed. Onyx is house trained and would bring a lovely presence to her future family. If you’re interested in adopting a sweet duo, consider meeting Onyx and Shadow. A shared forever home can make their journey together even more special. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
